Denise is a Level 5 Hairstylist at Chroma Salon in Lynnwood, known for her expertise in blonding, balayage, precision cuts, and custom color. With over a decade of experience behind the chair, Denise has built a loyal following of guests who appreciate her technical skills, creativity, and genuine connection to her clients.

She began her career at Evergreen Beauty College, graduating in 2011, and has since worked extensively in Aveda salons across the Seattle area. Denise was drawn to Aveda’s mission of sustainability and wellness and has become a passionate advocate for its plant-powered, eco-conscious products and professional culture. Her commitment to continued education ensures she’s always learning the latest techniques in hair color and styling.

Denise is especially known for her natural-looking balayage and blonding techniques, helping guests achieve dimensional, low-maintenance looks that grow out seamlessly. Whether you’re looking for subtle highlights or a bold transformation, Denise loves crafting custom styles that make guests feel refreshed, confident, and completely seen.

More than anything, Denise values the connection she builds with each guest. She creates a space where people feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to—offering not just great hair, but a great experience.

Outside of the salon, Denise is happiest spending time with her son, exploring the outdoors, and embracing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She loves hiking to summits, cooking at home, checking out new restaurants, and always has music playing in the background.

Her favorite Aveda product is Air Control, a light yet buildable hairspray that gives lasting hold without weighing down the hair.
