Bailey, Level 1

Bailey is known for her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for helping clients feel beautiful in their own skin. From a young age, Bailey was drawn to hair and makeup artistry and knew she wanted a hands-on career that would allow her to express herself while making a difference in people’s lives.

Bailey began her journey in the beauty industry at Gene Juarez Academy in 2021, where she quickly discovered her love for creating transformations through color and cut. After graduating, she deepened her technical skills through an advanced assisting program, spending a full year working alongside educators and senior stylists. Now at Chroma Salon in Lynnwood, Bailey is excited to welcome new guests, build lasting relationships, and continue her growth as a stylist.

Bailey specializes in blonding, lived-in color, brunettes, and vivid shades, and she’s passionate about maintaining the health and integrity of her clients’ hair through every transformation. She also enjoys modern haircuts and educating guests on healthy hair care routines using Aveda’s plant-powered products. Her goal is to ensure every guest feels safe, seen, and supported in her chair.

When she’s not at the salon, Bailey channels her creativity into jewelry making, painting, and crafting with perler beads. She also loves spending time with her partner, friends, and her sweet cat, Hazel—and you’ll often find her exploring the outdoors, from beach days to rockhounding adventures.

Bailey’s favorite Aveda product is the Botanical Repair Intensive Strengthening Masque, which leaves hair feeling silky, smooth, and visibly healthier after just one use.
