Bailey, Level 1

Bailey has always been an exceptionally creative person, particularly enjoying expressing herself through hair and makeup. From a young age, she knew that a traditional desk job didn’t interest her; she wanted a career that was hands-on. Bailey started her cosmetology program at Gene Juarez in 2021. While in cosmetology school, she discovered her passion for making people feel beautiful. After graduating, Bailey sought to continue her education in an advanced assisting program. She spent another year working directly with educators, honing her skills. At Chroma, Bailey is excited for the opportunity to work with new guests and continue her education.

Bailey loves doing transformational colors, ranging from blonding and lived-in colors to brunettes and vivids. She works closely with her clients to ensure they can achieve the hair of their dreams while maintaining the integrity of their hair. Bailey's other interests include modern haircuts and promoting healthy hair/homecare. She wants every guest to feel welcome and safe in her chair.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys crafty activities like jewelry making, painting, and perler beads. She loves spending time with her partner, friends, family, and her kitty cat, Hazel. Bailey also enjoys exploring nature in various ways, such as going to the beach or rockhounding.

Bailey's favorite Aveda product is the Botanical Repair Intensive Strengthening Masque because it makes the hair healthier after just one use and leaves it looking and feeling silky smooth.
