Michelle attended cosmetology school at Glen Dow Academy of Hair Design in Spokane in late 2006, continued her education at Northwest Hair Academy in Everett, and began working at an Aveda salon in 2010. She joined Chroma in 2012 and loves helping guests with booking their appointments, or making an expert recommendation on Aveda products.
