Michelle is a long-standing member of the Guest Services team at Chroma Salon, known for her friendly, knowledgeable presence and deep understanding of Aveda’s plant-powered product line. She began her journey in the beauty industry in 2006 at the Glen Dow Academy of Hair Design in Spokane, later continuing her education at Northwest Hair Academy in Everett. By 2010, she had found her professional home within the Aveda salon community and joined Chroma Salon just two years later.

Since 2012, Michelle has played a vital role in creating a seamless salon experience for guests—from expertly managing appointment bookings to recommending the best Aveda haircare products based on individual hair goals and concerns. She’s passionate about supporting both clients and stylists, helping ensure every visit to Chroma feels welcoming and personalized.

Michelle’s favorite Aveda product is the Invati Exfoliating Shampoo, which helps revitalize the scalp and support healthy, fuller-looking hair.
